At KMC Solutions, we're seeking a talented Channel Sales Coordinator to collaborate with our Channel team in driving growth for our client's partner sales group.

This role will support the Global Channel Sales team by managing deal flow and orders for customers purchasing through channel partners. Our high-volume transactions require efficient management of multiple opportunities while maintaining open communication with channel partners throughout the ordering process.

The ideal candidate will:

  1. Manage new and expansion opportunities for deals sold through channel partners
  2. Utilize Salesforce CPQ to create standard and custom price quotes upon request
  3. Track, validate, and process new orders submitted through Salesforce with regular updates
  4. Process channel customer requests to downgrade or cancel subscriptions
  5. Process channel customer requests for free trials
  6. Monitor the Global Partner Inbox and provide L1 support

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in order management, data entry, and attention to detail.

We're looking for a motivated individual with 4+ years of experience in order management, preferably at a SaaS company.

Key qualifications include:

  • Data entry proficiency and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Zendesk (nice to have)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Process-oriented mindset with an appreciation for operational excellence
