The Data Center Partner Development Lead will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key channel partners to drive the sales of data center solutions. This role involves recruiting new channel partners, providing training, and offering continuous support to ensure partners are aligned with company goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to optimize channel partner performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with channel partners, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to support sales efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive successful sales and partnerships.

Working Conditions:

  • Willingness to work from Mondays to Friday (Saturday if necessary).
  • Ability to start immediately.
