Account Executive

At HR Ericka, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to achieve goals and quota.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve goals and quota
  • Cultivate and maintain business relationships with B2B clients
  • Identify prospective B2B clients and pitch better solutions for their needs

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work well with clients at all levels (top to working)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to improve current and prospective clients' business
  • Amenable to work onsite (Caloocan City)
