Business Development Role

At Firmbuilders, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for saturating the market for potential sales leads through field sales and cold calls to prospective clients. This includes selling the company's products and services to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will execute the necessary legwork and paperwork to close sales and turn over projects/transactions. Additionally, they will liaise between the Management, Construction, and Business Development Departments and customers to achieve sales objectives. The role also involves making presentations and quotations, attending supplier, customer, and bid meetings, and participating actively in company marketing activities. Furthermore, the Business Development Manager will oversee product and project delivery and execution to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. Finally, they will assist in daily operations and activities of the Business Development Department.

Key Responsibilities:
Saturate market for potential sales leads through field sales and cold calls to prospective clients
Sell the company's products and services to achieve sales targets
Execute legwork and paperwork necessary to close sales and turn over projects/transactions
Liaise between Management, Construction, and Business Development Departments and customers to achieve sales objectives
Make presentations and quotations; attend supplier, customer, and bid meetings
Participate actively in company marketing activities
Oversee product and project delivery and execution to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction
Assist in daily operations and activities of the Business Development Department
