Job Overview:
Crimson Resort & Spa is seeking a skilled Hospitality Sales Professional to lead our sales efforts in Muntinlupa City. This role involves driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can oversee all hotel operations, assess customer needs, and implement strategies to meet short- and long-term goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating business revenue, monitoring competitors' performance, and updating market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Function:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to attract and retain corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key segments.
- Implement sales action plans related to your market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
- Monitor competitors' performance and share relevant information to stay ahead in the industry.
- Proactively solicit business from new accounts and develop existing guests' loyalty through regular sales calls and meetings.
- Administrative:
- Handle email and phone inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate and relevant information on Ivvy and RMS systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including Ivvy weekly sales activity reports and month-end reports.
- Reimbursements should be processed weekly or every 15th day.
- General Responsibilities:
- Keep your immediate superior informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner according to established Resort policies and procedures.
- Prepared reports to develop a more informative database for improved Management decision-making.
Daily Job Duties:
- Physical sales calls minimum of 8 accounts per day or if in-house, conduct minimum 10 quality calls.
- Assist on guests bookings and follow-up leads.
- Welcome VIP guests and group guests, if onsite.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Tourism Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Sales Coordinator or Sales Executive role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance, achieve or exceed revenue targets, and contribute to overall business growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with IVVY and RMS software is an advantage but not mandatory.
Location: Muntinlupa City
Estimated Salary Range: PHP 40,000 - PHP 60,000 per month (depending on experience)
