Document Custodian Officer for Leasing Company

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Custodian Officer to join our team at RCN PH - Neo Career Group. This role is perfect for individuals who possess excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing completeness of documents for registration and encumbrance, releasing collateral for fully paid accounts, handling the custodianship of credit folders for loans, and coordinating with internal and external business partners to accomplish regulatory and non-regulatory documents.
As a Document Custodian Officer, you will also facilitate payment of hub's utilities, handle customer complaints related to consumer lending transactions, and process insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities- Reviews completeness of documents for registration and encumbrance for Auto/Home/BML to be forwarded to the Registration in charge.
- Releases collateral for a fully paid account for loans.
- Handles the custodianship of Credit Folders for loans.
- Coordinates with internal and external business partners to accomplish regulatory and non-regulatory documents.
- Sends notifications and correspondence.
- Accommodates requests of internal and external clients.
- Facilitates payment of Hub's utilities such as office supplies, power, water, notarial, and other related transactions.
- Handles customer complaints related to consumer lending transactions.
- Processes Insurance Claims.
- Graduate of Business studies/Administration/Office Management.
- At least 2-5 years' experience in Document Management and Safekeeping.
- Good organizational, planning, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to apply and adapt records management standards and best practices effectively in the organization's context.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of archival practices and data privacy laws.
- Ability to utilize information technology and computer and internet systems to accomplish tasks; Comfortable with exploring new technologies (e.g., MS Access, MS Excel, Canvas, Google Drive, etc).
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties.
Sales/Leasing experience gained from a bank or leasing and finance company is an advantage.
