Business Development Leasing Specialist

At PRIME Philippines, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Leasing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our leasing department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brokerage services direction of our respected real estate consultancy firm.

Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive compensation package that includes a basic salary of ₱300,000 per month, commission, and incentives. Additionally, you will enjoy statutory benefits such as HMO, leave, incentive, rewards, and other support given by the management.
Job Description- Maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants to understand their future property requirements and address their needs effectively.
- Manage the entire leasing process on behalf of both landlords and tenants, including site inspections, leasing proposals, negotiations, and finalizing lease agreements.
- Conduct daily cold calls and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships to generate a substantial volume of prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain an extensive database of property listings.
- Record and monitor fees payable to PRIME.
- Stay actively informed about the real estate market in the Philippines, ensuring a high standard of knowledge.
- Proactively explore new solutions and opportunities within the real estate sector.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- With at least 3 years of experience in leasing management, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
- Based in Metro Manila or willing to be relocated in Metro Manila.
