Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to company permits, licenses, registrations, accreditations, real property tax payments, and other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Process renewal of company permits, licenses, registrations, accreditations, and real property tax payments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare bidding documents and attend bidding conferences to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage the DOLE Construction Safety and Health program and bonds for awarded projects.
- Assist in preparing drafts of contracts and lease agreements.
- Update the Master List of Fixed assets, ongoing, and completed projects.
- Handle leasing administration and tenant concerns.
- Support the company's ISO application, audit, and renewal process.
- Manage the admin petty cash fund.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in document control, administrative support, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
