Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Trainer/Lead to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for our IT Service Desk staff.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs for IT Service Desk staff
  • Provide technical support and guidance to IT Service Desk staff
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and resources

Requirements

  • Two or more years of college in Information Technology, Business, or related field, preferred.
  • 1-2 years of Call Center experience, required
  • 1-2 years in a leadership role, preferred
  • Two or more years of retail experience, preferred
  • 1-2 years experience with call monitoring systems, CISCO Finesse, Calabrio, and ServiceNow ITSM, preferred
