We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Help Desk Professional to join our team at Metacom Solutions PH.
Job OverviewThis role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional service. As a Help Desk Professional, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, and addressing concerns related to our financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address their concerns and resolve issues.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone when interacting with customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Matching customer demands to our products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and achieve customer buy-in.
- Share knowledge and expertise with internal stakeholders to enhance overall customer experience.
