Job Overview

Nityo Infotech is seeking a highly skilled IT Service Desk Trainer Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide training and support to service desk teams
About You:

We are looking for individuals with 2 or more years of college in Information Technology, Business, or related field. At least 1 year of Call Center experience is required, while prior leadership roles and experience with call monitoring systems are preferred.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is up to ₱45,000 gross per month.

Work Arrangement:

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 10 days onsite per month at our BGC Taguig location.
