At Neksjob, we are seeking a skilled Sales Account Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers while also identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote new or additional products and services to existing customers to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling, email marketing, and other sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with account managers to resolve customer issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and report on sales activity, account status, and potential issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide proactive support to clients by addressing their queries, providing information, and ensuring follow-up as needed.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in sales and business development. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
