At SosaJB Property Management Corp., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team in Makati.

As a Sales and Business Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site position responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, providing management with insights on customer needs and trends, and promoting property management services to prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Propose and participate in the development of sales plans to achieve agreed-upon targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Provide regular reports on customer needs, trends, challenges, interests, and competitive activities to assist in developing solutions and new services.
  • Assist in presenting and promoting property management services using substantial arguments to prospective and existing clients.
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Business Studies, Administration, or Management, Marketing.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in sales with an engineering or technical background.
  • A proven track record in sales and business development, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the real estate and property management industry, including knowledge of local market trends and competition.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of Php 35,000 - Php 50,000 per month, plus HMO benefits, government benefits, and overtime pay. The working schedule is Monday to Thursday (8:30am-6:30pm) and Friday (8:30am-5:30pm).
