Strategic Business Growth Specialist

Job Summary:
Megabon Construction & Development Corporation seeks a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to lead our sales and business development efforts. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all stages of the sales cycle, including targeting, prospecting, and presenting business propositions.
- Client Relationships: Collaborate effectively with C-Level decision-makers to establish long-term strategic relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed established sales targets, supporting company revenue and profitability goals.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients to drive continuous business growth and generate sales.
- Negotiations: Lead large-scale, complex contract negotiations and close new business deals, working closely with the Managing Director/President.
- Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts with probability percentages, pipeline status updates, and growth projections.
- Performance Metrics: Ensure that target sales or target closed contract projects are being achieved regularly and make recommendations to improve performance.
- Training and Development: Partner with colleagues to develop effective sales and marketing strategies, prepare sales targets and projections, and provide training and support to enhance team performance.
