Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Oversight of the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in real estate sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Building, and Sales Target Achievement skills
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 150,000 - 200,000 per month, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth.
