Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales goals and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Research and identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and send quotes and proposals to clients
- Manage the sales process using specific software programs
- Build and maintain a CRM database
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Participate in regular sales team meetings to discuss progress and strategy
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
