Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors, leveraging your expertise and industry connections to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Participate in sales pitches, presentations, and pre-bid conferences, showcasing our services and expertise to potential clients.
- Assist in preparing pre-bid documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies, leveraging your knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Operations and Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of client information, including contacts and contract details.
- Ensure that client data is up-to-date and accessible across all departments.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior, supporting the smooth operation of the business.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful business relationships.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to multi-task, remain motivated and optimistic in difficult situations, and act with discretion, tact, trustworthiness, and professionalism at all times.
Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
