Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Account Development Specialist to join our team at Joneco Tech Marketing Corp. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, or annual targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are met
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to effectively communicate value to clients
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce
  • Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a B2B setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
