As a Territory Specialist at Metro Drug, Inc.', you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with key modern trade accounts across Davao areas. You will be responsible for effectively managing your assigned territory to maximise sales and strengthen customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for your assigned modern trade accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key decision-makers within your accounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders
  • Actively monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to the Sales Manager on account performance and growth strategies

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the modern trade or FMCG industry
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report generation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
