National Territory Sales Head

Are you ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-growing financial technology company transforming how Filipinos access digital financial solutions?
We're looking for a National Territory Sales Head who will lead and grow our Alternative Distribution channel. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of partner locations, build and maintain business relationships, and develop strategies to achieve growth and performance targets. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen sales productivity, customer experience, and channel development.
What You'll Do
Manage and drive the productivity of Sales Specialists.
Align with sales leaders to meet KPIs and SLA commitments.
Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies for sales growth.
Identify market and merchant opportunities and create penetration plans.
Evaluate sales performance and collaborate with business development teams to enhance programs.
Create initiatives to ensure high sales activity and retention rates.
Coach and mentor Sales Specialists, setting clear performance milestones.
Partner with other department heads to improve products, processes, and market capture.
Perform other business development-related tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing — ideally in retail, distribution, or financial services.
Strong leadership background; experience managing teams or a department is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with key business partners.
Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
Results-driven, adaptable, and highly motivated.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
