QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years HR experience (generalist or HR officer level)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Recruitment basics
- Employee relations
- DOLE & government statutory processes
- HR documentation and policies
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple clients
- Experience in outsourcing or multi-client handling is a plus
- Handles multiple client accounts (higher complexity)
- Coordinates with Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance teams
- Serves as the frontline HR partner for your outsourced clients
- Requires strong communication skills and professionalism
- Must understand HRIS and payroll workflow
- Comes from similar HR outsourcing companies is considered an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
