HR GENERALIST

The HR Generalist is responsible for providing support to the HR department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations related to employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, training and development, and compliance and safety.

Job Description:

  • Responsible on the successful preparation and execution of the company wide activities such as but not limited to Christmas Party and Outing.
  • Support managers with performance reviews, coaching, disciplinary actions, and other performance-related issues.
  • Responsible for the timely preparation and issuance of the Regularization Contracts for probationary employees who satisfactorily passed the probation period.
  • Assist on recruiting, administrative tasks, and other tasks assigned from time to time by Immediate Head.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous HR or engagement experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other computer software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
