Job description
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong business acumen and Microsoft Excel skills
  • With excellent organization and time management skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills (Filipino and English)
  • Detail oriented and good with numbers
  • Proactive and can work independently
  • Can handle pressure

Responsibilities:

- Execute and supports the day to day operations of the HR Department

- Responsible for time keeping, payroll processing and mandatory government benefits

- Update documents and prepare reports

- Responsible for recruitment, facilitates screening/ background checking, interview and exams

- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

- Responsible for drafting memorandums and other related documents

- with strong background in employee relations and knowledgeable at labor law

- Provides administrative support and other admin related duties

- Organize and maintain employee records
