Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to manage a wide range of HR functions. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll support, training coordination, and general HR administration to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires for service and kitchen staff
  • Maintain and update employee records and attendance systems
  • Assist payroll processing with accurate timekeeping data
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government mandates (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE)
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
  • Coordinate training programs on customer service, food safety, and workplace conduct
  • Organize employee engagement and recognition activities to boost morale

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 2-4 years HR experience, preferably in restaurant, hospitality, or service industries
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
