About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist (Officer) to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and acting as a key point of contact for employees. This role involves a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
  • Coordinate training and development activities.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance, leave records, and other relevant data.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communication strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and assist with audits or reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software (e.g., Bamboo, SAP, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience working in [industry, e.g., manufacturing, retailer]

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday (On site)
  • 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php28, Php33,000.00 per month
