TEVIANT' is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in San Juan City, Metro Manila. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growing organisation by providing comprehensive HR services and contributing to the overall success of our business. What you'll be doing

  • Administer and coordinate various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, such as employee inquiries, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address organisational and employee development needs
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, training programmes, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and strategies

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, growing organisation
  • Strong understanding of labour laws, HR policies, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data management
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
