About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Generalist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and Recruitment to join our growing HR team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the full spectrum of HR responsibilities but has a particular passion for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.

You will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment while supporting core HR functions such as employee relations, onboarding, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):

1. Lead full-cycle recruitment across departments — from job posting to offer negotiation.

2. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

3. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates to ensure the best fit for the organization.

4. Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.

5. Manage employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

General HR Responsibilities:

1. Support HR operations including onboarding, employee engagement, and records management.

2. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

3. Handle employee inquiries, assist with performance reviews, and support disciplinary processes when needed.

4. Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate HR-related reports.

5. Participate in HR projects related to culture, retention, and employee experience.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

2. 2–4 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years focused on recruitment.

3. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and local labor laws.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

5. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

6. Knowledgeable in managing, updating, and maintaining his own recruitment tracker
