About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and flexible HR Staff to be a core member of our team. This multi-faceted role requires exceptional attention to detail, a knack for administrative systems, and a strong passion for people. You will be instrumental in managing recruitment efforts, boosting employee engagement, and maintaining critical company documentation.

Key Responsibilities

I. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, strategic sourcing, applicant screening, and scheduling interviews to extending final job offers.
  • Actively and resourcefully source candidates through creative channels to ensure a healthy pipeline for various roles.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and streamline the hiring process.

II. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Plan, organize, and execute impactful employee engagement and morale-boosting activities (e.g., wellness programs, company outings, holiday events).
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding and coordinate exit processes.
  • Assist in handling basic employee inquiries and relations matters, ensuring a positive work environment.

III. Document Control & Administration

  • Establish and maintain an efficient, secure, and organized system for company files, documents, and records (both physical and digital).
  • Control the issuance, retrieval, retention, and disposal of controlled documents, ensuring compliance and easy accessibility.
  • Manage HR records (personnel files, contracts, performance reviews) with utmost confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Perform general administrative duties, supporting the smooth operations of the office/department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience or exceptional aptitude for document control, records management, or systematic filing.
  • Highly resourceful, flexible, and capable of prioritizing tasks across diverse functions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a meticulous eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, in English and Tagalog).
  • Can Start ASAP.
  • Willing to be assigned in F. Manalo Brgy Kabayanan San Juan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
