HR Job Description

  • Handles and monitor activities on a regular basis which includes, but not limited to, Annual Events, Rewards and Recognition Events, Employee Surveys and other HR Programs
  • Point person in the communication between the Management and employees of all cost center within the company
  • Assist in performance management processes. Secure probationary and annual employee evaluations.
  • Identify and monitor issues related to personnel like long-term leave, maternity leave, disciplinary appeals, and investigations within the company, ensuring that there is adherence to administrative procedures.
  • Facilitates the Annual Physical Examination of all regular employees.
  • Maintains employee records (soft and hard copies). Update HR database (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
  • Monitoring of employee profiles and transactions
  • Assist in timekeeping and payroll preparation by providing relevant data like absences, ATD's (uniforms, loans and HMO), and leaves
  • Support the management on disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Order uniforms and prepares RFP for all HR requests
  • Oversee employee health and safety procedures and validation of medical certificates
  • Maintain employee records in 201 file according to policy and requirements
  • Prepares and print company ID
  • Deal with employees regards issues that have to do with the human resources
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Other ad hoc works
