The HR/Admin Staff is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the store. This includes handling human resource functions such as timekeeping and government compliance, overseeing inventory and purchasing, providing cashier support as needed, and ensuring timely renewal and processing of all necessary business permits. The role requires high attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced food service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1.0 Human Resources & Timekeeping

1.1 Maintain accurate daily time records of all store employees.

1.2 Prepare and submit employee attendance reports for payroll processing.

1.3 Monitor leaves, absences, overtime, and tardiness.

1.4 Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

1.5 Assist in onboarding new staff (document collection, uniform issuance, basic orientation).

1.6 Maintain and update 201 files and employee records.

2.0 Government Reporting & Compliance

2.1 Prepare and process monthly government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).

2.2 Ensure timely payments and submission of reports to government agencies.

2.3 Maintain organized records of all remittances and government-related documents.

3.0 Administrative Support & Permits

3.1 Handle the processing, renewal, and safekeeping of all store-related permits and licenses, including Business Permit, Sanitary Permit, Barangay Clearance and Fire Safety Inspection Certificate

3.2 Coordinate with LGUs and relevant agencies for permit compliance.

3.3 Maintain a compliance calendar to monitor expiration dates and deadlines.

4. Purchasing & Inventory Management

4.1 Monitor and manage store inventory of raw materials, supplies, and packaging.

4.2 Prepare and place purchase orders with approved suppliers based on store consumption and forecast.

4.3 Receive deliveries and ensure accuracy against purchase orders and delivery receipts.

4.4 Conduct regular physical inventory and reconcile with system records.

4.5 Coordinate with the kitchen and store manager on stock levels and consumption.

5. Cashiering Support

5.1 Serve as back-up cashier when primary cashier is unavailable or during peak hours or in the absence of Store Team Leader.

5.2 Ensure proper handling of POS transactions, daily sales reports, and cash reconciliation.

5.3 Assist in daily end-of-day cash count and reports, if required.

6. General Office Administration

6.1 Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for employee files, permits, and reports.

6.2 Ensure cleanliness and order in the office and storage areas.

6.3 Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by the Store or Area Manager.

6.4 Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the HR Department Head or immediate superior from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php23,000.00 per month
