Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Project Manager to lead the development of a new clinic. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in shaping a concept that combines medical excellence, operational efficiency, and an exceptional patient experience. The Project Manager will act as the single owner of the project, coordinating across all functions—business case, design, build, medical, operations, systems, training, launch, and marketing—bringing everything together into a cohesive plan and successful execution.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of project management, organizational leadership, or related experience. High-potential graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator who can engage with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) is a plus.
• Interest in healthcare, medical aesthetics, real estate development, customer service or hospitality is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive the end-to-end project lifecycle from planning through to launch, ensuring milestones, budgets, and timelines are met.
• Coordinate inputs from executive leadership, medical board, operations, HR, technology, and marketing to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
• Manage external partners such as architectural design agencies, construction teams, and equipment vendors to ensure the clinic is built to world-class standards.
• Support business case development, financial projections, and operational assumptions in partnership with Finance and Business Development.
• Lead the clinic readiness plan, covering staff hiring, training, systems testing, and customer journey design.
• Work closely with marketing and business development teams to prepare pre-launch campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives.
