Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist at MAIDEHAO TRADING CORP., you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective and efficient hiring cycle of our organization.

  1. Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific recruitment needs and business requirements.
  2. Tailored Recruitment Strategies: Develop targeted recruitment strategies in partnership with various departments (corporate, IT, marketing, finance, etc.) for executive to director-level positions.
  3. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Source, screen, and interview candidates, utilizing diverse platforms and recruitment channels to attract top talent.
  4. Candidate Assessments: Manage all aspects of candidate assessments, including interview coordination, skills testing, and feedback collection.
  5. Recruitment Coordination: Handle job postings, candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, and coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
  6. Candidate Pipelines: Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
  7. Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
  8. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and recommend improvements to recruitment processes and strategies.
  9. Candidate Relationships: Foster strong, professional relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders to provide an exceptional recruitment experience.
  10. Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to enhance recruitment practices.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any other related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
  3. Industry Experience: Previous experience in FMCG, construction, or BPO industries is a significant advantage.
  4. Recruitment Expertise: Strong track record of recruiting for executive to director-level positions across diverse functions, including corporate, IT, marketing, and finance.
  5. Collaboration: Highly collaborative and skilled at working with multiple departments and hiring managers to understand their unique recruitment needs.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  8. Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  9. Location: Amenable to working on-site at BGC, Taguig.
