We are seeking a skilled Conference and Event Manager Assistant to join our team at Global Process Manager Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the coordination of conferences and events, including venue setup, catering, and transportation.
  • Managing event logistics, such as registrations, travel arrangements, and schedules.
  • Collaborating with clients, vendors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality events.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise during events.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months of relevant working experience, preferably in the events industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in event management software and MS Office.
