We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin/Accounting Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative and financial functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply management
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, process invoices, and assist with financial reporting
  • Reconcile bank accounts, manage payroll, and assist with budgeting
  • Organize files, manage contracts, and streamline operations to improve efficiency
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
