Job Title: Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, including customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative tasks, including email management, calendar organization, and data entry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with project coordination, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information, project details, and task lists.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in customer service or administrative support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a similar field.
  • Experience with Plan Swift and background in reading blueprints.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience handling US clients.
  • Background in take-off or estimate in painting projects.
