About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for streamlining our operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pull reports from Shopify and organize the data in Google Sheets.
  • Assist with various tasks and updates within the Shopify platform.
  • Provide administrative support to management, including organizing documents, managing schedules, and handling correspondence.
  • Create and set up meetings, including coordinating calendars, sending invites, and ensuring preparation for all participants.

Requirements
