Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support to our accounting team, managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and assisting with financial reporting. In addition, you will be responsible for organizing files, managing contracts, and streamlining operations to maximize efficiency.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
