Job Summary

The Administrative Accounting Assistant will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, generating reports, and providing administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accounting records and generate reports
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Develop and maintain itineraries and appointment schedules
  • Prepare business correspondences and meeting agendas
  • Coordinate with departments and staff regarding work orders and instructions
  • Handle Move-In and Move-Out processes, including orientation and turnover reports
  • Perform general administrative management tasks
  • Update and submit weekly occupancy reports
  • Consolidate weekly reports from Property Manager, Engineering, and Accounting
  • Process work permits, move-in and move-out, gate passes, etc.
  • Secure permits and licenses as applicable
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Business Administration
  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of computer applications, including MS Office and email
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
