Job Title: Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, including customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative tasks, including email management, calendar organization, and data entry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize Plan Swift and other software tools to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Handle US clients and provide support for painting projects, including take-off and estimate preparation.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in customer service or virtual assistance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a similar field.
  • Experience with Plan Swift and other software tools.
  • Background in reading blueprints and handling US clients.
  • Experience in handling take-off or estimate in painting projects.
