Job Description

The Finance and Administration Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply management. The role also involves accounting functions, such as managing accounts payable/receivable, processing invoices, and assisting with financial reporting.

  • Admin Support: Scheduling, correspondence, and supply management
  • Accounting: Manage accounts payable/receivable, process invoices, assist in financial reporting
  • Financial Management: Reconcile bank accounts, manage payroll, assist with budgeting
  • Efficiency: Organize files, manage contracts, and streamline operations
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
