We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Business Analyst to lead our team in the implementation of the CAMA with GIS project.

Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with the PMU and PMO Output2 team leaders and Project Manager to determine the scope and vision of the project.
  • They will conduct interviews to gather customer requirements via various methods including workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and others.
  • The chosen candidate will translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear and concise manner.
  • They will provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members of the CAMA with GIS development team.
  • Other necessary and related tasks attributable to the position for the completion of the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of proven work experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven work experience as a Statistician, Mathematician, and Actuarial Science, including statistical and algorithmic models.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in deep learning and machine learning and the use of popular AI/ML frameworks.
  • Proven working knowledge and experience in systems development with statistical analysis, artificial intelligence and GIS.
  • Work experience and knowledge in SDLC, TLDC and Agile Development.
  • Work experience and knowledge in Database Management like MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle or Microsoft SQL.
  • Work experience in Code Versioning like GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
  • Work experience and knowledge in API Development and Integration.
  • Knowledge in Statistical Software/Package (Eviews, SPSS, Stata).
