Role Overview

As a Senior Business Development Manager at UPS, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development of new business and retention of existing accounts within key customer segments. This involves analyzing customers' current supply chain needs to create tailored solutions and promptly responding to their requests.

Work Location: Paranaque - covering South territories such as Batangas, Laguna, Cavite

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales calls to identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients
  • Create comprehensive documentation for account setup and management
  • Grow business by expanding services offered to customers and maintaining strong account relationships
  • Identify and qualify sales leads to ensure maximum conversion rates
  • Implement customer accounts efficiently, ensuring seamless onboarding processes
  • Prepare for sales calls by researching customer needs and developing effective sales strategies
  • Respond promptly to internal and external customer concerns, providing exceptional service and support
