Strategic Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Grand Alliance Import Corporation. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires exceptional relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive sales growth.
Company Overview:
As a Strategic Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products, while also identifying opportunities for new business and creating sales strategies to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders through regular communication and visits.
2. Identify opportunities for new business and create sales strategies to meet customer needs, working closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation.
3. Negotiate contracts and agreements related to services, pricing, delivery, and payment terms, ensuring fair and mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
4. Prepare and present sales presentations to key accounts, highlighting the benefits of our products and services and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
5. Monitor key account performance and provide regular reports to management, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
6. Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize customer satisfaction and sales, working closely with internal teams to ensure effective execution.
7. Review customer feedback and adjust strategies accordingly, ensuring that we are meeting the evolving needs of our customers.
8. Manage customer accounts, including order entry, invoicing, and collections, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions.
9. Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products, resolving any issues or challenges that arise along the way.
10. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth and expansion.
