At Eteam, we're looking for a skilled and adaptable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with our talented team members to deliver exceptional results. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions.
To succeed in this position, you should possess strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a flexible schedule to accommodate various shifts, including graveyard or shifting schedules. A degree in any field and prior experience in customer service are preferred but not required.
Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive salary of ₱18,000 - ₱25,000 per month, depending on your level of experience.
