Job Overview
The Help Desk Support Associate will be responsible for responding to incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries and concerns, and resolving technical issues related to our products and services. Requirements:
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles or BPO industry;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work onsite and adapt to changing priorities.
