We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users via calls, emails, or other communication channels.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document and report operational issues to ensure seamless resolution.
- Offer recommendations to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Built strong relationships with clients and partners through effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field.
- Advantageous if experienced in technical support with knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills to address client issues and provide solutions.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is Php 25,000 - 30,000 per month. J-K Network Services offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
