Business Development Representative

At Landlite Philippines Corporation, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation and prospecting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support sales efforts
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven sales or customer-facing experience required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
