Business Development Leader

A successful candidate will have a proven sales track record, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a district/region handling similar sales team set-ups. Experience with sales APPs is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will be based in the NCR region and hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or Marketing, preferably with an MBA degree/unit. They will be responsible for leading the sales team towards maximum achievement of sales targets and supporting new product sell-outs. A competitive salary of approximately PHP 250,000 - PHP 400,000 per annum reflects the company's commitment to attracting top talent in the industry.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of sales plans
