Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at OMNIWORX, INC.
Job SummaryThe primary responsibility of this role is to develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record of success in business development.
Responsibilities:
- To follow up on the status/feedback of prospect clients on submitted proposals and company profiles;
- To prepare proposal rates and bid proposals for private entities (technical and financial);
- To prepare adjustments of contract rates as mandated by DOLE;
- To draft Contract Service Agreements;
- To inquire and prepare accreditation requirements for both current and prospect clients;
- To assist various concerns related to contracts and marketing;
- To send company profiles via email;
- To distribute and disseminate company profiles and saturate companies at least once a week;
- To prepare letter proposals and itinerary reports;
- To check emails and answer phone calls;
- To print and update company profiles;
- To attend meetings and pre-bid meetings for private companies;
- To prepare minutes of meetings attended/conferences;
- To perform company presentations;
- To prepare and update ISO documents such as SPAS, Customer Surveys, etc.;
- To follow up on the status of contracts for existing clients;
- To conduct client visits/calls and report project statuses/concerns to clients as part of After-Sales Service reports;
- To assist in conducting site inspections/oculars;
- To update company presentations;
- To monitor the expiration dates of some renewable legal documents as well as certificates of accreditation;
- To prepare monthly reports;
- To assist Marketing Specialists regarding other marketing duties;
- To perform other duties assigned from time to time.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A 4-year college graduate degree; preferably BSBA-Marketing, Business Management, or any related course;
- At least 6 months of work experience in the related field;
- Computer literacy;
- A positive working attitude;
- Ability to start immediately;
- Direct hiring;
- Preferably residing around Parañaque City.
We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 35,000 - PHP 50,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Other benefits include:
