Job Overview: Landlite Philippines Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team.

About the Role: As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales targets and/or profit goals through effective management and satisfaction of customer needs and requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Formulate, execute, and manage sales, marketing, and profitability strategies to optimize business volume by ensuring customers receive quality products and excellent service in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to prospect and generate leads, including outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients, effectively communicating our value proposition and understanding their needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
  • Sales or customer-facing experience required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients.
  • High regard for honesty and integrity.

Salary Estimate: PHP 35,000 - PHP 50,000 per month (based on industry standards and location).
